What four methods or tools should be used in the design process? Briefly explain each.

• meet with clients - meet with your client and understand what their wanting.
• set measurable goals - set goals that can be made
• develop concepts - ?????
• discuss customer needs - try and get them whatever they want

What is the primary focus during the Discovery phase of the design process?

Understanding the target audience and the goals of the Web site. Know the customer. In the end you should have a clear understanding of what your customer wants.
