Mutant @ WHS

Paragraph descripition of the mutant project....


The object of the mutant project is to create a character that is not on the earth. Such as, aliens or you can change your face with the features of other animals like dog lips or monkey ears or something of that nature. You will also need to have four picture of yourself and you will also need a brief story to go along with your picture. Your background must be at least 800 pixels wide. You will also use photoshop.

p.s. don't forgot to NOT add a file name to the end of your file

This picture represents my background image and also where my mutant will be standing on stage when he is performing for his fans. In photoshop I plan to crop out the microphone stand and place my mutant in it's place.

This picture represents my second choice for a background. Im not really sure which I choose to pick. In photoshop I would cut out this dancing man.

This picture represents the girls that will be dancing behind me while I am rapping for my fans.

This picture represents my mutant. I will be using this dogs body for my mutant and I will crop out the face and put mines and I will place a microphone in his hand as if he is singing/rapping a song.

Layer In Photoshop

What is the advantage of using layers? The advantage of using layers is that you can make as many mistakes as you want on the layer because it's just a copy of the original image.

When you create a new layer, where does it appear in the Layers palette stack? When you create a layer it appers over the original background layer in the layers palette.

How can you make artwork on one layer appear in front of artwork on another layers? To make art work on one layer apper over other layers you can arrange your layers on the layers palette, like for example you would have to put the image you want on top by moving the layer on top of all the other layers.

How can you manipulate multiple layers simultaneously? ??????????

When you've completed your artwork, what can you do to minimize the file size without changing the quality or dimensions? To minimize the you image you can flatten your layers.
